If you need to change your destination address, please reach out via our contact page within 2 hours of placing the order so we can adjust parcel labels prior to carrier pickup.
Couriers will leave the package in a secure, weather-protected spot at your doorstep. If safe drop is not available, a delivery notification slip with local pickup depot instructions will be provided.
